RETURN, EXCHANGES AND REFUND POLICY

Our policy is for a period of 30 days . If 30 days have passed since you received the product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unfortunately.

However, within this time frame if your product does not meet your expectations you can return it to us. All you need to do is contact us at this email address: contact@shop.fise.fr

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

In order to make a return, we will verify that it is indeed your order via your order number and/or any information used when you placed your order. No returns can be processed without prior agreement. Please do not return an item before having requested it on contact@shop.fise.fr

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable, except where applicable

Defective products (if applicable)

We fully reimburse defective products (sewing and stain). Return costs are our responsibility only if the return is made within 48 hours after receipt of the product.



Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or chosen payment method, within a certain number of days.

Trades

There are several types of products that cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on products for intimate use (underwear, socks, caps, bonnets and water bottles).
