RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since you received the product, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
However, within this period, if your product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us. Simply contact us at this e-mail address: contact@shop.fise.fr
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.
In order to process a return, we will verify that it is your order via your order number and/or any information used when you placed your order. No returns will be processed without prior agreement. Please do not return any items until you have made a request to do so on contact@shop.fise.fr.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable, except in the following cases
Defective products (where applicable)
Defective products (seams and stains) will be refunded in full. Return shipping costs are at our expense only if the return is made within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or chosen payment method within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We will replace an item if there is a problem with the size. Send us an e-mail to the following address: contact@shop.fise.fr
There are several types of products that cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on products for intimate use (underwear, socks, caps, hats and water bottles).
